Meet The Team

Mr. David DiMaria is a Principal Consultant for Barich Inc. with 30 years' experience in airport operations, emergency management, communications, management, and public safety.  He has steered multiple projects from concept to implementation, including system integration, staff plans, policies, and procedures.  He is also the Vice President of Operations for Barich, Inc. David’s strength is in his ability to analyze problems, and through collaboration, develop solutions and a systematic approach to success.  He is experienced in improving operational readiness through partnering with local, county and federal agencies, corporate and non-profit groups.  He is a recognized Professional Emergency Manager (PEM) and, while with the Wayne County Airport Authority, was recognized by AAAE as a Certified Member and ACE Operations.
