Binh Tran is a Project Controls Manager for Barich, Inc. and a multifaceted professional experienced in project management, with proven success in identifying and communicating risks to company management and providing a solution for mitigation. He has supported several of our aviation client projects, such as for the Tucson (TUS) and Minneapolis St. Paul (MSP) airports and the Airport Cooperative Research Program. Binh is skilled in planning and managing work, developing status and schedule variance reporting, forecasting, cost control, and budget management. He is adept at developing trust and confidence with internal and external stakeholders delivering exceptional business results.
