Meet The Team

Ariel Armenta is a Project Coordinator for Barich, Inc. with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management. She has supported Barich, Inc. projects across multiple airports, assisting project managers in coordinating cross-functional IT resources, building project timelines in Microsoft Project, building out projects in a project management tool (Polaris), and preparing written status reports. Her work with Barich has spanned projects at Reno-Tahoe (RNO), Edmonton (YEG), and Oklahoma City (OKC), and Austin (AUS) airports for projects ranging from IT design consulting, a dynamic signage assessment, DAS and Wi-Fi consulting, and common use standards. Across these projects, she has performed many project management support tasks, as well as consulting tasks such as researching and comparing vendor solutions. Ariel is adept at creating action plans, updating forecasts, and organizing SharePoint repositories to ensure all project documentation is accessible and accurate. With a Project Management certificate and growing airport IT experience, she brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to every project.
