Mr. Justin Phy is the VP of Business Development for Barich, Inc. and oversees the business development efforts of the company.  Mr. Phy has over 18 years' experience in business analysis, technology planning and support, strategic and master plan development, and project management. Mr. Phy specializes in identifying and understanding business needs and applying technology planning and project management solutions appropriately.
