Ijeoma Okebugwu, "IJ", is the Human Resources Manager for Barich, Inc.   Her experience is in HR and Recruiting, specializing in finding excellent talent and managing client relationships.  She handles sensitive information with discretion and efficiently balances multiple priorities. IJ is also an excellent communicator, able to resolve conflicts and negotiate positive outcomes. Her role focuses on performance management, training and development, organizational culture, employee relations, benefits administration, staffing, and HR strategic planning.
