Project Summary:
Based on the successful work of writing the Master Test Plan, Barich, Inc. also successfully completed its role in test coordination and oversight of the Passive Infrastructure, Airport Operations, and Visual Paging systems implementation in the Terminal 2 - Boarding Area D renovation project at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Barich, Inc. utilized the Master Test Plan to ensure that the various sub-contractors engaged with the system installations met client expectations in the delivery of test plans and subsequently in test execution. Barich, Inc. prepared information and provided input and recommendations concerning the scheduling of tests based on the construction and installation schedule for the SFO T2 project. Test plans were examined for completeness and then reviewed with sub-contractors to ensure that a comprehensive test plan was developed and would meet the required terminal opening date. Once testing was in progress, test results and progress were reviewed and communicated with system owners and stakeholders.
Project Status:
The project was completed with the successful opening of Terminal 2 and the delivery to the client of final documentation of test results on April 14th, 2011.
