Project Summary:

Based on the success of previous work performed for the GTAA, which included research and analysis services for the development of a Business Case and preparation of an RFP, Barich, Inc. was retained to provide continued consulting services for this phase of the Greater Toronto Airports Authority's (GTAA) Common Use system initiative at Toronto-Pearson International Airport.

Barich, Inc. will provide ongoing Program Management services throughout the Design and Implementation project to ensure that the project meets the agreed upon scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives. The Barich Program Manager will work closely with the GTAA and vendors’ Project Managers to ensure appropriate communication and coordination is being achieved, the overall project is performing according to the plan, and the goals remain aligned to the original business case.


Project Status:

Barich, Inc. started work associated with this project in January 2012. System design and implementation will continue through June 2013.
