Barich, Inc. staff was responsible for the preparation of the technical scope of work, as well as the RFP minimum requirements evaluation criteria. Barich, Inc. staff also conducted a technical review of the submitted proposals. In total, the system will include a CUPPS solution, a CUSS solution, an LDCS, an RMS, and a dynamic signage system.
