HR Generalist, Richmond, TX office

The HR Generalist is responsible for establishing, executing, managing, and administering all Human Resource activities, with guidance and support from the Operations Development Manager. Our firm partners with ADP and a legal service that provides guidance and advice and is available to support. We are a small company with multiple offices around the country that is growing quickly and looking to mature our HR functions to support this growth. All HR functions are included in this role and, given our growth, there is an emphasis on recruiting skills. This role is great for someone with 2-3 years of experience looking to put their mark on an HR program and make a visible impact in the success of a company and in the lives of team members while obtaining immeasurable experience in a short period of time. This role is located in our Richmond, TX office and reports to the Operations Development Manager.

System Specialist/Operator, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

This is a contract position with Barich, Inc. and is located at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The role of the Application Support Specialist is to administer and operate the Airport’s new Airport Management System (AMS) on behalf of the Airport’s Operations Division. Partial training and user guides to learn the application will be provided by the Airport. Self-learning is also expected to get proficient in managing the application.

Technology Representative for Construction Projects, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

The role of the Technology Construction Coordinator is to serve as liaison between the Aviation Technology and Design and Construction Services (DCS) divisions, their consultants, construction teams, and other divisions. The individual ensures that construction and remodeling projects have accurate technology plans, designs, schedules, budget, and that changes and status of projects are effectively communicated to Aviation Technology Management.

The Network Administrator is responsible for the management of system administrative support, maintenance and operations support of in-place systems and subsystems.
