Barich. Inc. is always looking for great Project Managers (Mid- and Senior-level), Project Coordinators, and Business Analysts particularly with Airport or Aviation experience. IT Project Managers (Senior and Mid-level), San Francisco

Barich, Inc. is currently receiving resumes for the roles of IT Project Manager and Senior IT Project Manager. The role of the IT Project Manager and the Senior IT Project Manager is to apply project management methodology to plan, organize, integrate and execute medium cross-functional technology projects and supporting complex projects at various stages with varying execution vehicles. The IT Project Manager will also support Senior IT Project Managers as necessary. These projects deliver specific, measured results in accordance with established deadlines and budgets. In addition to PM responsibilities, the IT Project Manager will identify new client service opportunities. The IT Project Manager and Senior IT Project Manager reports to the lead Senior IT Project Manager for the project or site. Barich, Inc. is seeking applicants for two separate roles: an IT Project Manager with a background in Applications and an IT Project Manager with a background in Construction.

HR Generalist, Richmond, TX office

The HR Generalist is responsible for establishing, executing, managing, and administering all Human Resource activities, with guidance and support from the Operations Development Manager. Our firm partners with ADP and a legal service that provides guidance and advice and is available to support. We are a small company with multiple offices around the country that is growing quickly and looking to mature our HR functions to support this growth. All HR functions are included in this role and, given our growth, there is an emphasis on recruiting skills. This role is great for someone with 2-3 years of experience looking to put their mark on an HR program and make a visible impact in the success of a company and in the lives of team members while obtaining immeasurable experience in a short period of time. This role is located in our Richmond, TX office and reports to the Operations Development Manager.

The IT Resource Acquisition Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development of statements of need, rationale, and methods for acquiring IT resources, including facilities, systems, equipment, funds, and personnel, needed to meet IT demands and commitments for services. The individual needs to be efficient in performing IT personnel acquisition tasks, including preparation of job descriptions and postings, support during in-person interviews, review of resumes and interviews to validate qualifications, and contribute to providing hiring recommendations.

The Network Administrator is responsible for the management of system administrative support, maintenance and operations support of in-place systems and subsystems. The Network Admin is responsible for the networks, software and hardware as well as the teams and end users they support. As an extension of IT Department personnel, the Network Admin must have a combination of problem-solving and people skills. The Network Administrator also ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff and business partners.

The Business Analyst is responsible for all requirements development tasks from conducting business needs assessments through solution validation. The individual will also be involved in simplifying business processes and adding system automation, or both. The Business Analyst will also act as a liaison among business units, development teams, and support teams.
